Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE AMOUNT: Approximately 25,000 square feet of rentable office and related space and 40 inside (garage) parking spaces with the possibility to add 10 additional parking spaces over the lease term. Employee/visitor parking is required in accordance with local code. Rentable space must yield approximately 21,050 BOMA usable square feet. A 100? setback is required. LOCATION: Space must be located within the following delineated area:: North: Woodmont Blvd./Thompson Lane East: Interstate 24 South: Route 254; Old Hickory Blvd./Bell Rd. West: Route 100 Harding Place REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
