Description: The solicitation is modified as follow: Delete the date March 18, 2002. Delete the date Mar 29, 2002 for setting up registration area and replace with April 29, 2002. Delete only facilities within the Norfolk and VA Beach VA areas need not apply and replace with only facilities within the Norfolk and VA Beach area "need" apply. Proposal should be submitted no later than Mar 29, 2002. Delete FAC 97-27 and replace with FAC 2001-05.
