- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Northwest Mountain Region intends to negotiate and award a single source contract for Herman Miller Action Office 2 systems furniture to Medical and Business Interiors (MBI) Systems, Inc., Seattle, WA. FAA requires that all systems furniture installed must provide compatibility and interconnectivity for reconfiguration of fixtures, panels, power/data lines/receptacles, and furniture components with the existing product line, ?Action Office 2?, manufactured by Herman Miller, Inc. FAA requires local vendor to provide installation, maintenance and reconfiguration of systems furniture. FAA also requires contractor to provide storage, delivery and off-loading of furniture to site. <P> This announcement is for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive proposals.
