- All responses to this RFQ shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, 200 4th St SW, Huron, SD 57350, Attn: Debora Kludt. Western Area Power Administration intends to acquire on a sole source basis Andrew Corp microwave antennas and other microwave equipment under authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is a brand name sole source. Any distributors may respond by emailing the Contract Specialist or faxing the Contract Specialist at 605-353-9213. Any information reaeived will be considered for the purpose of conducting a competitive procurement.
