- The purpose of this amendment is to delete from the solicitation DFARS clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program, and to delete DFARS provision 252.225-7035 (listed in the solicitation as Buy American Act and Balance of Payment Program Certificate). All other terms of the solicitation remain unchanged.
