Description: NA The Garrison Commander, Fort Belvoir Virginia announced on 27 September 2002 its tentative decision to retain in-house the Installation Support Services functions. This decision is the result of a competitive process conducted in accordance with Office of Management and Budget Circular A-76. The final analysis indicated that the Government did not receive any acceptable private-sector offer to compete against the MEO. There was no cost comparison and the tentative decision in the Installation Support Servic es study is to implement the MEO.
