- PR Number: FD2020-03-24286 PURPOSE: TO OBTAIN A SOLE SOURCE PHASE I/PHASE II CONTRACT FOR THE AN/TPQ-45 TRACKING CAMERA TO SATISFY HIGH PRIORITY REQUIREMENTS. PHASE I IS FOR INSPECTION AND EVALUATION AND PHASE II IS FOR ESSENTIAL REPAIR AND UPGRADE OF AN/TPQ-45 TRACKING CAMERA LRUs IAW STATEMENT OF OBJECTIVES AND TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, AND OTHER PARTS/MATERIALS AND EQUIP TO ACCOMPLISH THIS EFFORT. Item: 0001 NSN: 6710-01-406-3731PK, Camera Subassy, P/N: 8819-6415-2 (Sierra-tech#). Cohu Inc P/N: ER4350-A1. Total Line Item Qty: 3 EA Applicable to: AN/TPQ-45 SYSTEM. Delivery - Phase I inspection to be completed 45 days after receipt of end items. Phase II repair & upgrade as negotiated for each item after the Phase I inspection/evaluation. Total time for completion of Phase I & II to be within 140 days.
