- Program 3515-S. Litigation Copying of Legal Case Files and Other Copying, Backup, Indianapolis, IN. Production facilities must be located within a 25-mile radius of 10 W. Market Street, Indianapolis, IN. Contractors whose production facilities are outside this area will be declared not responsible. Term contract for the period June 1, 2003 through May 31, 2004 with up to 4 option years up to May 31, 2008. This is a backup contract for work otherwise done in house for specialized litigation copying. Rquirements include but are not exclusive to copy pickups, Bates numbering of furnished originals, disassembly and reassembly of original documents, hand and machine feeding of original documents, black only and/or full color copying, drilling, providing of legal index exhiibit dividers, folders, three-ring binders, plastic comb binding and drilling, assembly and binding of copies, insertion of originals into document protectors, insertion of copies in binders or folders, and delivery. Approximately 1 to 5 orders per year. Approximately 1 to 25 copies per order with most orders for 5 copies or less. Approximately 1,000 to 200,000 legal documents per order. Quality level 4. IMMEDIATELY FAX BID REQUEST ON FIRM'S LETTERHEAD TO 312.886.3163. REQUEST BY PROGRAM NUMBER. Cite company name, address, phone and fax numbers, and GPO Contractor's Code if known. No contractor's code does not preclude bidding. Only one bid request per letter. Separte letters required for each different jacket/program request. Bid specifications will be faxed to the requestor. Bidder must have the actual specifications in order to bid.
