- Description
- The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire engineering services, production management support, and installation of equipments into containerized units to support an Expeditionary Maintenance Facility (EMF) concept. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with the Corrosion Engineering Services, Inc., 3635 Ruffin Road, Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92123, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Corrosion Engineering Services is the only known provider of these services at this time. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded as a result of this quotation. Interested parties may identify their interests and technical capability to respond to this requirement and may submit information which shall be considered by FISC Norfolk DET Philadelphia.
