Description

Remove existing DDC/EMS control system, which includes control panels and pneumatic devices. Provide BACnet compatible DDC/EMS control system. Provide electronic components to replace pneumatic devices. Provide sensors and switches compatible with BACnet DDC/EMS. NAICS code is 238210. Small Business Size Standard is $12 million. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses. Estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Estimated issue date is on or about 8/7/03. Estimated bid opening date is on or about 9/9/03. To obtain a copy of the solicitation package, which will be available on CD only, you must fax your request to the attention of Brenda Dudevoir at (617) 565-7145 or email to brenda.dudevoir@gsa.gov. No Post Office Box addresses can be used. All requests must be accompained by a completed Document Security Notice which is posted separately under this solicitation number.
