- The Government intends to award a sole source contract to Vista Research, Inc., 755 N. Mary Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94085-2909. The contractor shall provide the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Charleston, SC with training, maintenance, and certification of the proprietary HT-100 Pipeline Leak Detection System installed and manufactured by Vista Research, Inc. The resulting award shall be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee type contract for a base plus two (2) one-year option periods. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 541710 with a size standard of 500 employees applies.
