- General Services Administration, FSS, Global Supply, 1500 East Bannister Road, Kansas City, MO 64131 is requesting offers for various Enamel National Stock Numbers (NSNs). This is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to cover 29 NSNs. The anticipated BPA will be awarded as a 5-year BPA. All 29 NSN's reflect Master Painter Institute (MPI) requirements. Any quotes reflecting a manufacturer other than those listed on the MPI List will be found non-responsive and will not be considered. This posting will close 3:00PM CST September 25, 2006.
