The government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed Price contract with a base year and four one-year options. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for download on or about April 4, 2008. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on April 10, 2008 at 1:00 PM EST; location to be mentioned in the RFP.
