- This is a synopsis only. The request for proposal will be posted to www.FedBizOpps.gov approximately 07 April 2008. This acquisition is for NSN 1740-01-525-1884BA, Trailer, Ground Handling-Aircraft Engine. Required data will be 1423's. A requirements type contract will be established. The basic quantity for the Trailer will be 26, and 3 one year Option periods of up to 5 EA. This will be a competitive Small Business Set-Aside acquisition using Price Performance Tradeoff Procedures (PPT).
