Description

The USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office proposes to issue a sole source award to GFI, Incorporated, 1667 Highway 206 E., Harrison, AR 72601 for Three (3) Modified FRP (2-Panel) Matting Kits. The kit will consist of traditionally constructed FRP mat, but will be built in a 2-panel arrangement. The kit will use a traditional full panel with a modified half panel that will be capable of connection to any side of the full panel. The kit will also utilize half and whol e anchor panel, to allow the transition from an underlap, connection pin bottom piece strip, to a plain, anchor bolt bushing strip. Each Kit should include: (7) Full Panels; (6) Half panels; (2) Full Anchor Panels; (2) Half Anchor Panels; (50) Anchor Bolt Bushings (Minimum); (152) Connection Pin Bottom Pieces (Minimum); (152) Connection Pin Top Pieces (Minimum). A firm-fixed price award will be made utilizing the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Any other responsible source able to provide the three (3) M odified FRP (2-Panel) Matting Kits are encouraged to respond to this announcement within 7 days after its publication. This is not a request for quotations and there is no solicitation available at this time.
