Production Lead-time 50 each 180 days after contract award with delivery to Tracy, CA 95304-5000. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Incorporated Cage 97499. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
