- The Veterans Affairs Mid-Atlantic Healthcare Network 6, Consolidated Acquisition Services will issue solicitation VA-246-09-RQ-0115 for six (6) HT50-H1 Emergency Ventilators, two (2) HT460231 Compact Stands and one (1) HT460085 Automobile 12V Accessory Power Cords.This solicitation will be a 100% set aside for Small Business and the non-manufacturing rule will apply. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334510 and the small business size standard is 500 employees or less. Evaluation factors for award will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The solicitation will be posted on FBO in approximately 10 days.
