- Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, it is the Government's intent to award a sole source contract to Control Screening, 2 Gardner Road, Fairfield, NJ 07004, for 1 October 2010 through 30 September 2011 for DV400A X-ray Scanner Maintenance. This procurement shall be under other than full and open competition procedures in accordance with FAR 6.302. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Submissions must be received by no later than 28 Sep 2010, 1:00 P.M. EST.
