- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) intends to award a purchase order to Congressional Quarterly located in Washington DC on a sole source basis to procure a subscription that provides access to the sources, databases, and tools to help track and analyze selected developments in Congress day-to-day and minute-by-minute. This notice is not a request for quotation and/or proposal. If your firm is capable of providing this type of subscription to MCSC, request that you submit a capability statement in a Word document with a page limit of 10 pages to Ryan.Ksanznak@usmc.mil by no later than 4:00 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on 27 May 2011 or sooner. Any and all capability statements received by the due date above will be considered by the Government.
