This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In order to be considered, I must receive your complete quote, including Small Business Size Certification and Federal Tax Identification Number by 7 AM Eastern on Friday, 23-MAR-2012. Ensure your CCR is currently active. Material Certifications and Letters of Compliance are required. Delivery is expected within three (3) weeks of award.
