- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912EQ-12-Q-0029 and is being issued to solicit interest for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for GYM/PHYSICAL FITNESS MEMBERSHIPS. This acquisition is an UNRESTRICTED procurement. The associated NAICS code is 713940. Quotes shall include pricing for (1) base year and (4) four option years. Establishment of a BPA does not imply any agreement by the Government to place future contracts or orders with the BPA holder. The Government makes no representation as to the number of calls or actual amount of work to be ordered. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit an itemized/detailed quote on company letterhead to include all charges listed in scope of work. Response to this solicitation must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivery by April 4, 2012 no later than 10:00 PM CST at 167 North Main Street B202, Memphis, TN 38103. Facility should provide equipment and accessibility to training, with the intent to maximize the members' physical mission readiness, physical fitness, and longevity over time. Facility should provide physical fitness services for approximately sixty (60-100) employees of the Memphis District Corps of Engineers. Exact number is uncertain at this time. Quote must include monthly membership fees, include dates and hours of operation, twenty four hour accessibility information if available, type of equipment at location, training programs/classes available. Quote must be completed on company letterhead, and list location(s) to be included. Length of service for this requirement is base and four option years.
