- Amendment to extend proposal due date. This notice constitutes a Notice of Proposed Contract Action. WR/GRGKA C-17 has a requirement for 3 each of NSN 6670-01-553-8127, Part Nr 17G110083-501 Weighing Scale. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the basic quantity of 3 with an option quantity of 1-5 for the NSN for a period of 3 years. Request delivery is 120 calendar days ARO. The Government owns the data rights for this acquisition. The following FedBizOps numbered notes are applicable to this acquisition. 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. 8. The solicitation document contains information that has a military or space application. Only businesses that have been certified by the Department of Defense and have a valid need to know may have a copy of the solicitation document. All requests for copies of the solicitation document must include a certified copy of DD Form 2345.
