- Web Support Services J&A This announcement is for informational purposes only. The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to issue a purchase order to OMNITEC Solutions, Inc., 6701 Democracy Blvd., Bethesda, Maryland 20817 for Wed Services from 05/31/2012 through 09/01/2012 on a sole source basis. This requirement is a logical follow-on to an existing previously competed order. The current contract, through which OMNITEC provides support, ended on 05/31/2012. Please see the attached J&A. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
