- Solicitation The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision and all other items necessary to provide Ion Chromatograph System at Camp Zama, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. And all other items and services necessary to provide and sell in accordance with the terms and conditions, and applicable Japanese Laws and trade practices. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
