Description

Performance Specification Statement of Work (SOW) Solicitation# M67854-13-R-5012 for the Enhanced Environmental Control Units (36K/60K) Standard Marine Corps Environmental Specification (Appendix B) to the Performance Specification. Interface Specification (Appendix A) to Performance Specification Marine Corps Systems Command has a requirement to develop the next generation capability for Enhanced Environmental Control Units. Because the purpose of this effort is research to support future acquisition programs, this procurement effort is in and of itself market research for follow-on contracting. The program office executed two discreet market research efforts in Fiscal Year 2010 and 2011 of its family of Environmental Control Units, which shaped this current strategy of needing RDT&E prior to entering production. The Objective of this award is a best value (with trade-offs) to support the requirement outlined above.
