- RFQ Letter - Intermec Terminal/Printer Intermec J&A The Government respectfully request that vendors submit their quote in accordance with the attached Request for Quote# FA8771-13-Q-0005 document. The Government anticipates awarding a contract delivery order to one vendor in accordance with the regulatory guidance under FAR 8.405-6(a)(2). AF Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC)/HIAR Cargo Movement Operations System (CMOS) has a requirement to obtain the following items identified in the attached RFQ letter.
