The survey will include questions about cooking skills, shopping patterns, nutritional literacy, financial literacy, time available for preparing food, and other constraints. The study will also include in-depth interviews of SNAP participants to more thoroughly explore the barriers that are most frequently cited in the survey. Only electronic copies of capability statements will be accepted and should be emailed to: Ashley.Owens@fns.usda.gov.
