- Description
- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number for this effort is AG-6395-S-17-0172. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). SEE ATTACHED. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95, effective January 19, 2017. (iv) This is procurement is issued as UNRESTRICTED. (v) Contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure: See Pricing Schedule (attached). (vi) Description of requirements: Supply of Fraxiunus uhdei (Tropical Ash) leaves as specified. The Government contemplates award of a single or multiple Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) type contract(s). The contract period of performance is approximately three years (base year and two option years). (vii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance at FOB point: Items shall be delivered overnight FOB Destination to Brighton, MI 48116. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial, and Addendum apply. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, applies. (x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items, and Addendum apply. (xii) Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statues or Executive Orders - Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition.
