- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will issue a Request for Information (RFI) HSFE70-17-I-0057 requirement for Various Sizes of Tarps. The purpose of this RFI is to identify potential vendor-managed sources of supply with the capability of various sizes of tarps; and deliver up to 5,000 to disaster sites as designated by FEMA within 24 hours, or within a reasonable timeframe as negotiated with the Contracting Officer. Provide company capabilities statement. How many tarps your company can provide within 24 hr. and the sizes?
