- Answers to contractor questions will be posted on FBO. The questions deadline remains as 4pm ET on 22 June 2018. Answers to questions received as of 18 June: Q1. There was reference made to "Government Selling Agency" and "Approved Source" beginning on page 9. However, I did not see a list of pre-qualified agencies or sources. Our intention is to contract direct and not procure the items from a surplus vendor. Please advise WRT the above. A1. This question appears to reference the Government Surplus Material clause on RFQ pages 9-12. Contractors who ARE offering surplus material shall fill out the information blocks for this clause. Contractors who ARE NOT offering surplus material may leave this clause blank.
