- Description
- The Contractor shall perform General Building & HVAC Preventive Maintenance (PM) and RepairServices for the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic Facilities located on JointBase Charleston - Weapons Station (JB CHS-WS), South Carolina. Performance shall be in accordance with allapplicable laws, regulations, standards, instructions, Manufacturer Recommended Maintenance, and Industry BestPractices, as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) with a dedicated focus on safety and customerservice. The Contractor is encouraged and expected to use innovative approaches to efficiently and effectivelyaccomplish PWS requirements in a thorough and timely manner.
