- This announcement is a notice of intent to extend an existing contract on a sole source basis to VISTA SCIENCE CORPORATION, 600 MONTANA AVE STE A, LAS CRUCES NM 88001-4246, for the Telephone Communication Services Contract at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico. The proposed contract action will extend Contract W9124Q-14-C-0002 for 6 months under the provisions of statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The estimated dollar value of this extension is approximately $368,000 for the full potential period of performance of 22 April 2019 through 21 October 2019.
