Description

The purpose of this special notice is to satisfy the requirement of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) in accordance with FAR 5.101(a)(1). DLA Land & Maritime requires high-pressure filters used in steering and boom circuits on Rough Terrain Container Handlers (RTCHs). Our market research suggests that Independent Rough Terrain Center LLC (IRTC) is the sole approved source capable of providing these filters. This announcement is to advertise that the Government intends to add NSNs 4330-01-480-2793 (EP-0029675) & 4330-01-480-2795 (EP-0029674) to long-term contract (LTC), SPE7LX-16-D-0073, awarded to IRTC (CAGE 1NWY2). Estimated annual value $60,800. This contract contains 1,857 NSNs that are sole sourced CAGE code and part number to IRTC. The original terms and conditions of the LTC will apply. Any other interested companies, other than IRTC, must contact the buyer before the response date in this synopsis. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-AUG-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
