� GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition: State:Georgia City:Atlanta Delineated Area:Atlanta, Georgia Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):21,501 USF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):25,000 USF Space Type:Lab Parking Spaces (Total):3 Parking Spaces (Surface):3 Parking Spaces (Structured):0 Full Term:5 years Firm Term:3 years The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms (ATF) that is expiring in Atlanta, Georgia at 2600 Century Parkway, Atlanta, Georgia. The Government requires lab and related space yielding a minimum of 21,501 ANSI/BOMA office area and three (3) adjacent parking spaces.� The space must be contiguous, ready for immediate occupancy with no disruption to the agency�s mission.� All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
