- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 15 intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) FAR 13.106-1, to Aesynt Incorporated, 500 Cranberry Woods Dr Ste 400 Cranberry Township PA 16066. Contractor shall provide an additional Pharmacy CAROUSEL plus eight workstations. Vendor shall provide warranty for the equipment. The contractor shall also relocate the current Carousel to the new pharmacy location and provide the Windows 10 upgrade for the Carousels. Contract will include the opportunity for four option years of maintenance service for the Carousel after the warranty period. The contractor must be an authorized vendor, trained technician, possess licenses and certification for proprietary equipment and services to meet all government requirements and objectives. The NAICS code is 339112 with a size standard of 1000 employees. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations; interested parties may express their interest by providing a capabilities statement NLT February 21, 2020 at 3:00 PM CST. The capabilities statement must provide clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capability of the party to provide the required pharmaceutical supply. When responding to this announcement, respondents should refer to Announcement, Notice of Intent. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted.
