- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a one-time, sole source, fixed price contract with�California Advanced Labeling, Inc.�under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(c) � Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, for the purpose of acquiring a�TubeWriter 360 Labeling System for the DNA Casework Unit (DCU), Laboratory Division. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by responding to this notice by 5:00 P.M.
