- Event Purpose The forum will provide a space for vendors to interact with the NIH SBPO, learn about the NIH�s contracting needs, and network with other attendees. Participant Criteria Small Business No NIH past performance (subcontracting experience acceptable) Event Disclaimers The�event capacity is 50 people. There is not a waitlist. Only 1 representative per company is�permitted to attend.� This event will substitute for the SBPO's February 1-on-1 consultations. If your company participated in a previous NIH SBPO Open Forum, you are ineligible to attend. Event Logistics February 20, 2020 from 9AM-11AM 6001 Executive Boulevard, Conference Room A, Rockville, Maryland 20852 Security Instructions: Please bring a government-issued ID for entrance to the building. We cannot validate parking however the White Flint Metro station is�6 blocks away.�Paid parking is also available.
