- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FSC: H279 �Equipment and Materials Testing: Cleaning Equipment and Supplies� NAICS: 561790 �Other Services to Buildings and Dwellings� Description of the service: This is a service to perform the cleaning of air fans and ducts in kitchen hoods in the USAG-ITALY, DMC Areas. Location of the work: The service shall be performed in all US Army Garrison (USAG) Italy, Darby Military Community (DMC) Installations, Tirrenia, Pisa, Italy Performance Period: The performance period will be one base year plus four option years. Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in Firm Fixed Price contract. Issuance of solicitation: The solicitation package together with the description of the service and additional information will be posted around ten (20) days before the site visit. . Response date: The due-in date for the submittal of quotation will be indicated in the solicitation. Site visit: A site visit will be held on 19 March 2020, 09:30 hrs. The meeting point will be at Gate #27 (Depot), Via Aurelia, Tombolo (Pisa). How to participate: In order to participate to the site all interested parties are invited to indicate their interest by submitting an e-mail not later than Close of Business (COB) 24 Feb 2020 to the following e-mail address: ketti.andrei2.ln@mail.mil Please, indicate in your e-mail the Solicitation Number/Title: �W912PF20Q0022 �Cleaning of air fans and ducts in all kitchen hoods in the USAG-ITALY, DMC Areas�; the name of the company; the address; the phone number; the fax number; the e-mail address and the name of person(s) (maximum two) who will be present at the site visit.
