- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Philadelphia, PA, intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract Vericor Power Systems LLC, 3625 Brookside Park Ste. 500, Alpharetta, GA 30022-3718. The proposed acquisition will provide for the overhaul and repair of the ETF40B Power Producting Group (PPG), Part Number (P/N) 20-20020-02. The planned acquisition will provide engineering and technical services required for the Teardown, Test, and Evaluation and repair of the ETF40B PPGs.� The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements,� as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1.
