Description

Shaw AFB (SAFB) has a requirement for Professional announcer and Radio Broadcaster during the Shaw AFB Air Expo 2020. On 15-17 May 2020, the Shaw Air Expo 2020 Air Show will showcase the Air Force Thunderbirds� aerial demonstration team as well as various war birds and airframes from throughout the world. �The services required will provide for any and all relative accommodations necessary to deliver quality show announcing and narration both via the public address system as well as broadcast via radio (airwave or internet) for approximately 50,000+ spectators in the general crowd box and vendor booth areas. An Event Coordinator or Project Manager will be required to work closely with the Air Show Director, Air Boss, Ground Boss, Thunderbirds� liaisons and /or Points of Contact (POCs), chief of security, emergency managers, and lead planners from Shaw AFB overseeing volunteers, VIP hospitality and the first aid center. �All assets provided by the contractor will be sited to conform to site plans and schedules. Contractor shall hold a professional Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) membership and the capability to produce professional radio programming and podcasts.�
