- Soliciation is for lease of Bareboat Charter. The Government's requirements are described under the included Performance Work Statement (Addenda 01).� Offerors are included to review all terms and conditions contained within the Soliciation document (H9224020T0012). Solicitation is fully set-aside for small-business.� Quote submission instructions are located under the provision at FAR 52.212-1. Failure to comply with quote submission instructions may result in your quote not being consisdered for award.� The Government may amend the due date for quotes via amendment to the solicitation. If an amendment is issued, notice will be posted on FBO. AMENDMENT 0001 EXTENDS DUE DATE FOR QUOTES TO 18 FEB 2020 AT 1200PM PACIFIC TIME. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED.
