Description

PROJECT DESCRIPTION The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of Job Corps, seeks the services of a qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) company�for the Miscellaneous Repairs at the Mississippi Job Corps Center's facilities.� The work includes services for construction for the repairs in several buildings noted below at the Mississippi Job Corps Center.� The work includes, but is not limited to, repair and restoration of specific items and areas in the following buildings: ����������� Education Building 14, ����������� Gymnasium Building 17, ����������� Construction Trades Building 27, ����������� Cafeteria Building 67 Estimated Construction Value $250,000 to $500,000 WHO MAY RESPOND Interest in this Presolicitaiton Announcement is open to all SDVOSB contractors, relative to the primary NAICS code 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million dollars.� All interested firms must be registered via the System for Award Management (SAM) internet site at https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/##11.�� Please keep in mind that this is a Presolicitation Notice notifying all interested parties that a solicitation will be issued for this project.� No submittals are required for this notice.� Submittals for this project will only be accepted under the solicitation once it�s published.�� The solicitation for this project will be posted on or about February 27, 2020. A pre-proposal conference will be scheduled for this requirement; details regarding the conference will be outlined in the solicitation along with the date. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS REQUIREMENT BEFORE AN AWARD IS MADE WITH NO OBLIGATION TO THE OFFEROR BY THE GOVERNMENT.�
