Small Business Set-Aside: SBA Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)
Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) has a requirement, to be awarded on a competitive basis, to procure services required where the contractor shall provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision for the permanent closure in place of ten (10) 15,000-gallon and one (1) 20,000-gallon steel aboveground storage tanks (AST) located in Tank Farm 951.� The base Statement of Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of all residual oil within the eleven tanks and associated piping; cleaning the tanks and all associated piping; capping all piping within the containment areas; and securing or capping all fill ports.� Additional option CLINS are include for work to demolish and discard supply/return piping and equipment (strainers) and potential asbestos removal. This effort is being competed amongst all eligible small business concerns. �The Government intends to make award to the lowest priced, responsible offer.
