- Description
- This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) submission; this is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA).� The AFLCMC/WWZ B-2 Division is contemplating the issuance of a Sole Source Contract with Radiant Geospatial Solutions, LLC.� No solicitation is being issued at this time and this notice shall not be construed as commitment by the Government to either issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract.� No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges to the Government will arise as a result of this notice.� Authority to issue this Sole Source contract action is 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.� See attached J&A for further justification.� The program office intends to issue the RFP 15 days from publication of this notice.� The RFP solicitation will not be publicly posted as it is the Government�s intent to award this effort Sole Source.� However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government.� To obtain a copy of the solicitation, contact the Contracting Officer listed on this notice and request a copy of the solicitation referencing this notification.� The current status of this contract action is Pre-Solicitation and is code 7030 � Information Technology Software.
