- Sources Sought THIS IS A Sources Sought Notice Only. The U.S. Government is seeking vendors that may be able to perform this requirement in order to support a competitive procurement. Peace of mind, knowing you�re covered with a loaner Epic X unit within 24 hours should yours need service � Exclusive to Epic X! h.�� Epic X? the most versatile and complete diode laser for the whole dental team. Request for identifying potential small or large businesses capable of delivering Routine, Emergency, Epic X Total Diode Solution. Vendor must properly handle, store, and transport medical EPIC SOFT TISSUE LASER in accordance with all local state and federal requirements. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 339114, Dental Equipment and Supplies Manufacturing. The Small Business size standard is 1000. Quantity:� One (1) The Government does not intend to make an award on the basis of this Sources Sought notice or otherwise pay for the information solicited herein. This notice is for the purpose of identifying potential sources and does not commit the government to make an award and/or issue a solicitation. Interested and qualified firms shall submit the following information: company name, address, telephone number, point of contact and CAGE/DUNS number for your firm.
