Description
The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential sources for this project including interested Small Business (SB) sources. �This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. �The USPFO for South Carolina intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC 2020 - 2025) for maintenance, repair, construction, and design-build services at North Carolina National Guard (NCNG) and South Carolina National Guard (SCNG) locations. �Proposals will be evaluated on Past Performance, Technical and Price Evaluation of a Seed Project. This is a total Small Business (SB) set aside. �The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this work is 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) and 237990 (Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction). �The small business size standard is $36.5 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. The magnitude of this project is $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. �All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than (NLT) 19 Dec 2018.� This notification, which shall not exceed five typewritten pages, must include (1) positive statement of intent to provide a proposal as a prime contractor, and (2) a completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form (attached) and (3) A listing of projects completed during the last three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and Points of Contact (POC) are to be included. Indicate if were the prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and POC for the prime contractor and (4) A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. In the event adequate SB contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as unrestricted.
