- This�is being posted as a Special Notice due to internal posting issues. The purpose of this Amendment to Solicitation 36C25720Q0618 is to post�answers to vendor's questions.� No more questions will be accepted.� Quotes must be received no later than Friday, June 5, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. CST.� Email your quote directly to rastreva.upshaw@va.gov.� The subject line must specify RFQ�Submission 36C25720Q0618.��There will be no automated email notification of receipt of quotes.� All quotes received without requested documentation will not be considered. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain the same. 1.� Question:��Will the VA own the microfiber and cleaning textiles (Flat dust mops, flat wet mops, square cloths, dusting sleeves, microfiber products, and string mops), or will these items be owned and exchanged by the servicing contractor?� Please clarify ownership of the mop materials. 1.� Answer:� Microfiber and cleaning textiles are VA owned.� This requirement does not request supply or replacement textiles.����
