Questions regarding the subject requirement were due no later than 1:00pm EST., Wednesday, May 20, 2020 to e-mail colleen.mcguire@faa.gov.� The submitted question(s) and�response(s) are provided in�the attached�document Questions_Responses_Requirement 692M15-20-R-00019.pdf. ************************** The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for an Economic Impact Study of the Economic Impact of the William J. Hughes Technical Center on Southern New Jersey.� This announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for an Economic Impact Study at the FAA William J. Hughes Technical Center, Atlantic City, New Jersey.�� The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred for preparing responses to this announcement.� Therefore, any costs associated with a response to the RFQ are solely at the interested vendor's expense. It is anticipated that the Government will award one Firm Fixed Price purchase order to the lowest price technically acceptable responsible responsive offeror, for the attached Statement of Work. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541720 for Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities with a small business size standard of $20.5 million.� All potential vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (www.SAM.gov) for consideration of this award. A Virtual Information Briefing and �Behind the Fence� Tour will be hosted by the FAA Technical Center for vendor(s) interested in submitting a response to this RFQ, on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at 10:00am.� The FAA encourages and expects offerors to attend the Virtual Briefing and Tour.� Registration for the Virtual Information Briefing and �Behind the Fence� Tour is required.� To register, please contact Colleen McGuire via email at colleen.mcguire@faa.gov, no later than close of business, Thursday, May 14, 2020 and provide the following information:� �(1) Vendor Name; (2)� Attendee First and Last Name; (3)� Attendee�E-mail Address; and (4)� Attendee Phone Number After registering, vendor(s) will receive a confirmation email on Monday, May 18, 2020, containing information about joining the Virtual Information Briefing and �Behind the Fence� Tour. Questions regarding the subject requirement may be submitted no later than 1:00pm Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, May�20, 2020 to Colleen McGuire, via e-mail colleen.mcguire@faa.gov. Interested vendors should respond with a Firm Fixed Price quote for the attached SOW, along with a Capability Statement that addresses your company�s capability/experience to perform the requirements.� The Capability Statement must clearly and concisely include (1) your company�s capability to provide the services as described in the SOW and (2) any relevant current or previous experience (maximum of three contracts) for the same or similar service, which were completed within the last five years or still ongoing.� The period of performance for this procurement action is 120 days after date of award. Please confirm in your response that you can meet the stated period of performance and the Economic Model to be used for the Economic Impact Report.� (Only a well-recognized Commercial Economic Model, such as REMI, IMPLAN, or Capacity Utilization models will be acceptable.) Please find attached three (3) historical Economic Impact Reports for your reference to better understand the objective of this requirement. All Submissions are due no later than 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, to Colleen McGuire, via e-mail colleen.mcguire@faa.gov.� Submissions received after that date and time will not be considered.
