Ft. (ABOA):�9,030 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):�9,485 Space Type:�Office, Retail or Flex Parking Spaces (Total):�2, Reserved Firm Term:�15 years, with one 5-year firm option Additional Requirements: Public space (reception and interview areas with minimum 4,100 ABOASF) must be on the ground floor. If the entire space is not on the ground floor, then remainder of the office space must be on the second floor directly above the first-floor space and a minimum of two elevators must be available.� Space must allow for efficient configuration and not present significant design constraints, such as, irregular shape, length greater than twice the width, large columns (over 2� by 2�) or column spacing less than 20� on center and 20� from exterior walls.
