- SOLICITATION The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, is issuing an Invitation for Bid (IFB) solicitation for Construction Activities for Levee repair to MRLS 246-L Levee Unit due to damages sustained during the 2019 flood events. The work covered by this contract consist of furnishing all equipment, labor, operators, supervision/site superintendent, quality control, supplies, materials, and incidentals necessary to satisfactorily perform and provide construction to potentially include, but not limited to repair the crown and landside toe erosion, breaches are also recommended to be repaired and construction of an underseepage berms. Sod kill to be repaired with over-seeding. New embankment section will be seeded and mulched with a maintenance period. It will be evaluated in accordance to FAR 14.1. Technical inquiries and questions relating to the solicitation are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet at (https://www.projnet.org). See the Attachment/Links for the complete solicitation and attachments. This solicitation is being amended to incorporate the correct ProjNet Bidder Inquiry and Plan Room Key�s as follows: Bidder Inquiry - Z7SU62-U87W2Z Plan Room - PZ4ETZ-7364NR The solicitation is being amended to incorporate the changes to the CATUION PAGE as follows: �52.204-7(b)(1) An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM when submitting an offer or quotation, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract, basic agreement, basic ordering agreement, or blanket purchasing agreement resulting from this solicitation.� � Site Vist Sign Sheet attached
